Refund Policy

At Crystal Yarn & Co. every item is unique and handmade to order. Therefore we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Final Sale Terms

We do not issue refunds or cancellations once order is placed. Please insure all details about you custom details ( colors and personalization) are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged, Lost, Undelivered Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, Crystal Yarn & Co. is no longer responsible for the package. This means that after the initial hand-off, we cannot control the delivery speed, transit delays, or handling of the item.

Any issues regarding delivery delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but Missing must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number. We are unable to initiate claims or searches on the customers behalf once the package has been scanned into the carriers system.
