Shipping Policy for Crystal Yarn & Co.
This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your beautiful, handcrafted items will be shipped to you.
Processing Time
Ready to ship items: These will be processed and shipped within [1-3] business days.
Made To Order Items: The creation time for these items depend upon the request. It can take about 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. This time is required to carefully handcraft your item. You will be notified when your order is complete and ready to ship.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and the shipping destination.
We are currently only shipping through USA only. Orders will be sent out through USPS.
Packaging and Tracking
Packaging: All items are carefully packaged in a cardboard box or poly mailer based on the size of your order to ensure it arrives in good condition.
Tracking: Orders will include a tracking number that will be given to you via email once the shipping label is created, you can track your orders journey with the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages: Tracking Updates: Once the tracking shows the package has been delivered by the carrier, any shipping issues must be handled through the carrier.
"Delivered" but Missing: If your tracking information shows that the item was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier and your local post office first. Crystal Yarn & Co. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to Crystal Yarn & Co. due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item(s).
