Products and Services

Handmade Nature: All crochet items are handmade. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in size, color, and finish may occur between the product images and the item you receive. These variations are what make your item unique.

​

Custom Orders: Custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit before work begins. Production time for a custom item is an estimate and will be communicated about at the time of order.

​

Pricing and Payment

​

Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.

​

Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total at checkout, as required by law.

​

Payment: we accept payments via PayPal, Cash app, and major credit/debit cards. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

​

Shipping and delivery

​

Processing Time: Refer to our separate Shipping Policy for current processing and delivery estimates.

​

Shipping Risks: Title and risk loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, Stolen, or delayed once they are in the carriers possession.

Address: you are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct. Any costs incurred for re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be charged to the buyer.

Returns, Refund, and Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade Nature of our products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process Exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase

Made to order/ Custom Items: As these items are created specially for you, they cannot be resold. Therefore, sales of all custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are strictly final.

Product Safety

*IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING*

Many of our products, particularly amigurumi ad toys, contain small parts (such as plastic eyes, noses, buttons, or embellishments) that can pose a choking hazard to small children, infants, and pets.

​

Children and Infants: Our products are not recommended for infants or children under the age of three (3) or any child who still mouths toys. Adult supervision is required at all times when a child is using or playing with our products.

​

Pets: Our products are not designed or intended to be used as pet toys and should be kept out of the reach of all animals. Ingestion of yarn or small plastic pieces can be dangerous to pets.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing items from Crystal Yarn & Co., you acknowledge and accept all responsibility for the safe handling and use of all the products.

Crystal Yarn & Co. shall not be liable for any direct,indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, including but not limited to, bodily injury, death, or property damage, that result from the mususe, accidental swallowing or inappropriate use of the products purchased, particularly where such damage is related to the failure to follow warnings regarding small parts, infants, children, or pets.
